Working for our client, a global manufacturing company with a site based in Hull, we are looking to recruit a key member of the senior management team. Reporting to the Directors, you will oversee production with four direct reports, supervisors of the shifts which operate 24:7. You will ensure they are meeting production deadlines, driving high performance, optimising production and with a view of continuous improvement across the shop floor.
Key responsibilities:
The candidate:
Proven production management experience within a fast paced manufacturing setting
A knowledge of the food industry and BRC standards would be of distinct advantage
Flexible approach to working hours to deal with issues as and when they occur
On offer:
A full time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Requirement to work outside of those hours on occasion.
