Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an additional member of staff to join their experienced and highly professional customer services team.  Based in the heart of Hull, you'll play a key role in managing and developing customer accounts by building strong and lasting relationships with business around the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing with calls/emails/webchats from customers daily
• Handling their queries and dealing with issues
• Placing orders and taking detailed specifications of their requirements
• Inputting information on the computerised system
• Liaising with internal departments including production and logistics to ensure deadlines are met and the customer receives their order on time
• Making calls to customers regularly to maintain and develop the business relationship

The candidate:

Proven experience in a customer facing role and ideally understand manufacturing processes in order to represent the company in a knowledgeable manner. 

High standards of customer care coupled with the IT skills in order to keep information up to date and produce reports when required.

The ability and experience of working in a fast-paced setting to cope with a demanding and challenging workload.

A full time permanent position office based working Monday to Friday during your training and probation period.
