Our client, a successful and privately owned manufacturing company in East Hull is seeking an experienced Administrator who can support their customer services team with the sales administration process. This role is integral to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
• Inputting customer orders onto their system
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure orders are received and completed on time
• Identify and resolve any order discrepancies
• Working closely with the customer care team to resolve customer queries

The candidate:
Proven experience in data entry within a fast-paced environment, ideally in manufacturing
Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
