A huge thank you to Arco: Experts In Safety, Alice Marren and Sarah Jones for your commitment to engaging with Sirius Academy West and supporting its Careers Programme. I'm looking forward to seeing you both at the Careers Expo in March 2025. As part of my voluntary role as Enterprise Advisor for the school, I'd love to hear from other organisations interested in getting involved. This initiative is gaining real momentum and with the government's focus on developing the Careers Programme in schools, there's no better time to look at your succession planning and the next generation of employees
